Refund policy
We accept returns on purchases within 30 days of sale, provided the items are in their original condition. Packages of beads must be unopened with the stated counts and weights. Strands must be uncut and undamaged. Handcrafted jewelry, accessories and other items must be clean and unworn, with the original packaging if possible (not required). Successfully returned items will be fully refunded, less the price of shipping.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect. We will refund or replace the item (your choice) immediately upon receipt of the incorrect or damaged item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on gift cards. Special offer items, such as clearance/closeout items or trunk shows, can only be returned for damaged or incorrect goods.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, but let us know if you don't see it on your next bank or billing statement.
